Where does your meat come from?
-We support the local farmers as close to the Durham region as possible. All farms are within 100 miles of our store.
Is your meat Organic?
-Our meats are as close to Organic as possible. Our farmers are farming under organic principles but they are not certified organic. There are no Drugs or Hormones administered to the animals and they are free to roam about. The animals are not confined in any way. Animals not under stress are less likely to get sick.
